The WJ AC Cylinder Head is a high-compression cylinder head, specially developed for the Malossi 172cc AC and HT 65/65.6mm AC cylinders with a 52 mm stroke.
Thanks to the thicker cooling fins, the cylinder head offers improved heat dissipation. The modified combustion chamber and compression ratio also deliver better performance compared to the original Malossi cylinder head. During our tests , we achieved a power gain of over +2 PK with this setup.

The WJ cylinder head is equipped with an integrated M10x1 connector for an LC temperature sensor, compatible with Koso and similar sensors, among others.
As a result, a temperature sensor under the spark plug is no longer necessary. This prevents problems in which the sensor or ring could cause the spark plug to come loose or damage the threads.
⚠️ Always install the copper sealing ring under the temperature sensor.
