Description
High-end racing cylinder for Piaggio and Gilera 125/180cc engines with a 65 mm bore and 52 mm stroke (±173 cc).
The cylinder has 7 intake ports and a 4-lobe exhaust port, which eliminates the limitations of the original stud position and significantly improves gas flow.
The cylinder fits 125cc and 180cc engine blocks without any crankcase modifications. However, for maximum performance, it is recommended that you modify the crankcase.
⚠️ Compatible only with:
– 52 mm crankshaft
– 105 mm connecting rod
The valve timing is designed for racing exhaust systems (recommended stinger diameter: 25–26 mm).
With the right setup, this cylinder can deliver approximately 38–42 hp.
Optional: Cylinder Cleaning
Because cylinders are cast, they may have minor imperfections and casting residues. That is why we offer the option of fully re-measuring the cylinder and carefully cleaning it.
During this process, we check that all gates are properly aligned, remove any casting flash, and ensure that the gate angles and timing are symmetrical.
