High-end racing cylinder for Piaggio and Gilera 125/180cc engines with a 65 mm bore and 52 mm stroke (±173 cc).
The cylinder has 7 intake ports and a 4-lobe exhaust port, which eliminates the limitations of the original stud position and significantly improves gas flow.
The cylinder fits 125cc and 180cc engine blocks without any crankcase modifications. However, for maximum performance, it is recommended that you modify the crankcase.
⚠️ Compatible only with:
– 52 mm crankshaft
– 105 mm connecting rod
The valve timing is designed for racing exhaust systems (recommended stinger diameter: 25–26 mm).
With the right setup, this cylinder can deliver approximately 38–42 hp.
Because cylinders are cast, they may have minor imperfections or casting residues. That is why we offer the option to fully re-measure the cylinder and carefully clean it.
During this process, we check the alignment of the gates, remove casting flash, and ensure that the gate angles and timing are symmetrical.
