BGM PRO brake shoes Ø 110x25mm guarantee professional level braking performance. They are produced exclusively for BGM by a renowned Italian manufacturer, with brake material from the German supplier Beral - completely Made in Germany. The aluminum carrier is cast in original molds, ensuring a perfect fit.
The brake material has a high, stable coefficient of friction averaging µ = 0.54, which is maintained over a wide temperature range. With a heat resistance of up to 350 °C, these brake shoes are excellent for heavy-duty use. Thanks to the average hardness of 71 Shore, they offer clear brake feedback without feeling too soft.
Brake control and durability are fully maintained even under high loads. The brake pads are free of heavy metals, solvents and asbestos. They meet ECE R-90 standards and are deliberately supplied unpainted to preserve the environment.
