Description:
This Stage6 oversized variator is designed to improve the performance of Piaggio 125/180cc engines. Thanks to its 4 mm larger diameter compared to the standard, a higher top speed is possible.
In combination with a Malossi oversized V-belt, this variator helps prevent the well-known slippage problem that often occurs when using a GTS rear pulley. This ensures a more stable transmission and better utilization of the tread.
Please note:
– The crankcase must be milled to make this variator fit
– Only use this variator in combination with a half pulley that is the same size or larger than the variator.
– Use the oversized V-belt in combination with a GTS rear pulley
– Use an original or Polini 180cc V-belt with original rear pulleys
