Description:
Unlock extra power with this precise exhaust port template designed for Malossi and Gilardoni cylinders (both LC and AC) with a 55mm stroke.
The template provides exact reference points for marking off the A and B ports. This allows you to tune safely, efficiently and reproducibly - without risk of excessive reduction or power loss.
Important information:
✅ Only suitable for:
- 55mm stroke crankshafts
- WJ cylinder heads with 3mm combustion chamber depth
- Use of a 90° angle grinder is required
⚠️ The A and B ports may deviate from the template surface by a maximum of ±0.2 mm. Exceeding this may result in loss of performance or permanent cylinder damage.
