⚠️ Important:
Fill in all details correctly and completely. A tuning that is tailored to, for example, a pipe design may be too aggressive for an SM06.
The head depth is the most important factor for the tune to function correctly.
Enter this value as accurately as possible (±0.2 mm).
+ Positive:
The inner head protrudes into the cylinder (rarely occurs, e.g., with some MRZ heads).
– Negative:
The squish band falls inward into the inner head.
For reference:
– Malossi cylinder head ≈ –0.5 mm
– WJ 55 mm stroke head ≈ –3 mm
📏 The product images show you how to take this measurement correctly.
Measure the bore of your cylinder with a caliper or check with the supplier.
For the tuning mall, it makes no difference whether you use an A, B, C, or D piston.
