Description:
During this one-on-one session, you’ll work with WJ on your own Piaggio 125/180cc cylinder.
Not just theory from a book, but real-world tuning—on your own cylinder.
In about 5 hours, you’ll learn how to measure gates correctly, how timing and gate angles work, and how to handle different head depths and setups. Everything is explained step by step as you go through the process yourself.
In addition, we'll work with you to mill your cylinder for a Stage 2 setup.
We’ll also design a small custom logo that you can mill into the cylinder afterward—a unique finishing touch for your build.
During the session, we will be using professional tools from WJ-Tuning.
What you'll learn:
– Measuring pockets and determining timing
– Working with different head depths and setups
– The influence of timing and pocket angles
– Practical pocket milling
– Common mistakes and how to avoid them
